The round stencil mat is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. The mat can be used to prepare meringues, chocolate, and more! Withstands temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) up to 229°C (445°F).
Position the round stencil mat over a Meringue transfer sheet, spread Swiss Meringue early prepared compound, and scrape off the excess. Remove the round stencil mat to create perfect shaped Meringue discs.
Make perfect bite-sized meringues using Meringue transfer sheets.
35 Cavities in total, each is 1¼"(2.9cm).

Ordered 2 sheets for my wedding. Our venue supplied a cake/cupcakes for us with our dinner package but only offered very simple buttercream designs. I provided these transfer sheets and dehydrated lemons to the baker and told them to have fun with it. Came out perfect and went with our theme/colours without spending thousands on a custom cake. Super happy!

Thé transfer quality is very good , but the paper itself is too hard (the plastic)
